SMS Policy

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

Paper Street Software Company, LLC ("Paper Street Software," "we," "us," or "our") may send customer-care SMS messages only after the recipient gives explicit consent.

How to opt in

There are two ways to opt in to Paper Street Customer Care texts from Paper Street Software Company, LLC.

Website: go to https://paperstreet.online, enter your mobile number, and check the SMS consent box. The box starts unchecked. Checking it is not required to use our services.

Phone: call (737) 387-5810. Our receptionist (human or AI) reads the script below and waits for a clear yes. We log the number, the time, and that the yes was verbal. If you say no, we do not text you.

Call script, read in full before we wait for a yes:

'I can text you appointment reminders, account notices, and a payment link if you ask for one, from Paper Street Software Company. Up to 8 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You do not have to agree to get our service. Want me to text this number?'

A clear yes, yeah, sure, or okay is consent. Anything else is not.

Message Types

We send SMS messages only for the following purposes, and only when you have given us consent to do so:

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 8 messages per month unless you start a conversation with us, in which case you receive replies to your messages. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Paper Street Software is not responsible for any charges your carrier may apply to messages you receive from us.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to you.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any product or service from Paper Street Software. You may do business with us without consenting to receive text messages.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your carrier's network availability and policies.

Your Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
